What is your standard shipping policy?
We offer various shipping methods depending on the size of your order. Small parcels are typically delivered via UPS or FedEx, while larger furniture pieces require our White Glove delivery service to ensure they arrive safely in your home.
Do you accept returns on furniture?
Furniture and high-value decor items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs will apply.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also view your order progress by logging into your account on our website.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage to initiate a replacement or refund.
Are your products available for international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. For Canadian orders, please note that duties and taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout.
